There are.

... But likely not in a language you can read, and that's never been a problem until now.

And Dinner is usually around 6:00 pm, as that is when the House Elves prepare it.

The dining room is in the same wing as yours, one floor down, take a left at the bottom of the staircase, end of that hall, take a right and it will be the third door down.
