They make me go "... oh." and then I decide if the song is fun enough for me to listen to it anyway. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Depends on how blatant it is.
Honestly I can't understand the lyrics to most songs so I probably wouldn't noticed, but supposing I did, I think...I'd probably just listen to it, anyway? Because if you enjoy the music itself, then the lyrics can GTFO, unless they really start to stand out for you. But it may depend on in what way it's misogynistic. In a fairly harmless (if shameless) objectifying way? Or in a darker manner? I guess that's just the tl;dr way of saying if you like it for Reason A, then Detractor B shouldn't matter unless it really, truly bothers you (kinda like misogyny in TV and such, XD).
I know most of the lyrics to Bitches Ain't Shit. I think I know them in an ironic, hipster way, since the only version I actually own is Ben Folds's, but idk.
Sometimes it bothers me, sometimes it doesn't. Eminem is as misogynistic as they come and I generally enjoy his music (though some of it--like Superman--I won't listen too because it's just too over the top) and some of it I just can't deal with. *shrugs*

I can't say it's a problem I come across much, since most of the pop I like is from female singers (and not Katy Perry).
Is this in response to one song in particular? Is it in English? XD
