putting away the groceries like a motherfucking adult is HARD. it's so much easier to put them on the counter and wait for the kitchen elves to put them away for you. and then two days later you're like, "where are those eggs I bought?" and they're still on the fucking counter.

I don't have this issue with groceries but OMG laundry. If you can fold and put away your laundry within a day of washing and drying it YOU ARE MY HERO. I cannot accomplish this task and I'm not convinced it's actually possible.

I am the fucking queen of laundry. Yesterday I washed, dried, and folded ALL OF THE LAUNDRY IN THE HOUSE. yes, including laundry that did not belong to me.

for some reason, I find laundry a soothing and relaxing task. don't ask me about my, say, skills at not leaving shoes lying around, or picking up all the random papers that seem to multiply when i'm not looking at them.
