Like, the student services person sent out an email to all policy students, and someone sent back a detailed question about courses in the fall and which one they should take. TO EVERYONE.

I had the EXACT SAME REACTION. THERE MUST BE A SPECIAL PLACE IN HELL FOR THEM!!! Next to the people who play with their candy wrappers at the movies.
