Interesting. Very interesting.

Yesterday, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals struck down part of the Federal Communications Commission's indecency policy, holding that its guidelines on fleeting expletives (a single, non-literal use of an expletive, such as "Hey, this court decision is f*cking great!") were unconstitutionally vague and that the policy caused "a chilling effect" that goes far beyond fleeting expletives.
