Something that struck me when Kim was fussing about Frank being gone so much in Ice Station: when do they ever get to spend their leave?

I work for the state government and we earn annual leave and sick leave so much of each per paycheck, and it's cumulative over your career. My understanding is most Federal jobs are set up the same way. Out of the scope of the show, I know, but Connor have three months worth saved up is not surprising but is still impressive.
