Waking up in her own, familiar bed after so many days of sleeping in another was strange to say the least. She was sure she wouldn't have fallen asleep in the first place if she hadn't been so exhausted, or if she'd been alone. Luckily enough, one of the perks of being married meant she could be sure of having someone to share her bed every night.
"I hope you know this is the only reason why I said yes," she joked as she felt his body press into her back lazily. It was warm in a way she hadn't ceased to enjoy even in unusually hot weather.
