So, I have the whole next chapter of In Nomine written, seriously, I do. Unfortunately, half of it is on paper and it all needs to be edited in a major way. You had me at "cannibalistic imagery." XD
This is stunning and delicious, oh yes indeed~ The imagery was fantastic; the tone, too. I loved the casual apathy of it, it made everything more beautifully disturbing. And the little details like the people seeing Ciel if they were meant to were wonderful; I love the idea of that. :3
I do have to say, though: I now have crack!images in my head of Ciel waving the hand he was eating (instead of his own) in greeting. X3
Oh. And Askee once gave me Ke$ha's song "cannibal" as a song for my (occasional) version of demon!Ciel; I would now like to share that song with you. ^_~

The casual tone of it was inspired by a wonderful Petshop fic I read ages and ages ago that was from Tetsu's point of view, describing his perfect meal. I figure Ciel's done this so many times, it's become normal to him (which is creepy in its own right, jeez).

...Why, of all things, Ke$ha has been so appropriate for so many of my fandoms lately, I will never know. I don't mind, though. :D
