I really enjoyed the question of morality and ethics in the first one. And then, aaw Cube :( sad.

Then more Shou! I have no idea how close to canon the character is, all I can say is I really enjoy the way you write this particular character. He has a very distinct "voice" and you write it very well.

I also really enjoyed Jake reflecting on how him being hurt could have affected his daemon, it was clever framing of the concept of abuse without being explicit - it worked well. Also, sad.

Shou is pretty camp in canon, but I haven't actually written him much, so it's great to hear you feel he's consistent. His voice was actually quite tricky to get right because of the lack of practice ^^

Ah, Kazuo Kiriyama's continuted conquests of sadness and misery. :) Sodding Kazuo, just shooting people because he was having a conversation WHY IS HE SO CREEPY? Oh wait, the fic explores this. I don't think Erik should hang with Kazuo either but once I remembered Kazuo has metal in his skull it was inevitable.

:D this was an AU of an AU (the best kind of AU, the kind which ADDS MORE SHOU) I'm really glad you liked this, like I said it was a new pairing for me but I'm actually really pleased with how it worked out!

Writing the Jakes fic was the one where I think I said to you, "I have made myself legit sad with my own writing" :(
