Ooooh, the last one's really interesting - don't know the fandom at all but it's intriguing!

Love Sherlock's comments in the second one from that fandom, and his slow realisation of hurting someone in the first.

I can totally see Alicia being like that in terms of romance!

*laughs at Willow's torment* :D

And both the Faith and Jane ones are really poignant - and with both the Faith and Dom ones you really caught the voice well.

Thanks muchly.

Well FF.net informs me that there are a grand total of 4 Sleeping Dogs fics so going by that, this one mini-fic makes up a large chunk of the fandom :P Honestly, it's only there because I wanted something different to write about and chose a game at random - then was pleasantly surprised with how it turned out :D

Of course doing stuff like that is part of the fun I figure, I might pick another random game for each of these last two days - see how I get on.

I'm glad I managed to get Faith's voice to a reasonable degree, I find her very tricky to write without going OTT, so cheers muchly.

This challenge can be really good for making me dabble in other fandoms - that's how I've written all my Portal fic! And it's nice to add to teeny fandoms, too ;)

I really need to see Elementary. Is it suitable for 8 year olds? (I'm not 8, The Child is, but I rarely watch anything without him, so it becomes relevant...) Love your stories, anyway.

AND OH ALICIA. Because she's so convinced she's in charge of everything, and I can just imagine her sense of bewilderment that suddenly she's in a situation where she isn't in control.

And the Buffy ones are excellent - the first is wonderful with its punch line, and the second is ouchy and I can vaguely imagine feeling like Faith does, with her "well, I was feeling quite good about my sacrifice until..." feelings, which shouldn't be what you're thinking about but totally would be.

Thanksly.

Ah now you've put me on the spot - uuumm...well I know it has scenes with dead bodies and scenes of gunshots etc, so I'd probably say not suitable...I mean it's certainly far less mature in terms of content than something like CSI even though they have the same age rating (15)... I found this page which probably explains it better than me:

Hope that helps some.

And it's always, always fun to throw Alicia off-kilter to see what you can do with her. :D

Unexpected is wonderfully funny but "Sacrifice" is the one that really gets me in the heart so far: "Suddenly it doesn't seem like such a big sacrifice."
