That is exactly how the Doctor would be if he was teaching a class. I especially love the bit about feeling the warm glow at shaping young minds.

And all my feelings for the New Years one. Just...the feeling of the old year going and just the feeling of everything that has happened and it should be better, it should be a new year without Kira and without anything like that but all that can be remembered is the time that has passed. I like the phrase 'The old year snap free', too.

Thank you! Yes, that's what I was trying to achieve - I really struggled with this, at first I was writing from Ide's POV and it just wasn't working, when I switched to Matsuda it all flowed and I really enjoyed writing it on NYE and thinking about what a weird time it is ^^

OH DOCTOR, I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. Seriously, that was totally glorious and perfect and hilarious. AIM FOR THE EYEPIECE - THE STALK AT THE TOP OF THE DOME. YES. ALWAYS DO THAT! XD Just brilliant and lovely and delightful.
MY MOGI/MELLO BOOTY CALL! :D It had to exist, you know it did. ;) And oooh, June/Felcity, so interesting.
And the last one - so sad. *hugs Matsuda* Really bittersweet and thoguhtful and sums up what I felt about New Year this year really. Excellently done.

Yeah, I'd never thought of it as a ship until sabethea mentioned it but it's kind of intriguing.
Oh no! No, you aren't meant to feel like Matsuda! *squeaks* I... am glad that it felt convincing though. And New Year's is a very weird time, it was good to be writing the fic on the actual day to monitor my own feelings. But Matsuda is going to cope okay and SO ARE YOU.
