This morning I had to make the hardest decision of my life. Tasselhoff's insulinoma had metastisized. He had lost the spark of life. He wouldn't eat or drink and only took a lick of ferretone. My little beautiful boy was losing his fight against pancreatic cancer. It was time

I found the little fellow who inspired "Cat" in a box outside a grocery store. All the kittens in the box were quite near death. I reached down and one of them grabbed me. He grabbed me and he would not let go. He kept mewing at me. I tried to pull him off, but he held on with every last bit of strength his tiny body had. And he kept mewing
