Summary: She was the enemy, but it was only with her that she felt alive.
The Chinese woman stirred reluctantly out of slumber; even something as subtle as the sound of rustling clothing or the lack of a warm body beside her could accomplish that these days. Even though the dingy room was still dark, the sun had begun to peek through the wall of rain-gorged clouds building up since yesterday. It was in the dim glow of early morning that she saw her lover sitting at the foot of the bed, facing away as she sifted through their mess of clothing. With even less sound and suddenly completely awake, Soi Fong lifted herself up, not even hearing the bedsprings give her away as she wrapped her arms around the girl's smooth back, sighing gratefully as her fingertips brushed over barely concealed but firm muscle and her face was buried in long dark hair, only taken out of its braid when they were together. Which, Soi had to admit, was the only thing she looked forward to anymore.
"...You're being awfully friendly this morning."
The Second Division Captain smiled, her ears delighting in the other's voice-- always so beautifully harsh, to the point where she felt a shiver run up her back. The burn between her legs beginning to make her restless, Soi planted her lips on her lover's ivory shoulder, licking and biting as much as her normally endless supply of patience would allow. Being with Lisa never failed to make her more than a little eager, however.
"Hmmm... I was thinking we could... get a little more friendly now..." Soi grinned as she made to kiss at the back of Lisa's neck-- her weak spot-- but was a little surprised to feel the Vaizard disengage from her embrace.
"You know we don't have time for that. My... the others are already starting to wonder where I've been disappearing to. If I get back any later than 9:00 I'll have to answer a lot of awkward questions."
"...Right," the Captain whispered as she removed the hand that had lingered along Lisa's arm, fingertips reluctant to stray from the flawless surface. She hoped that she hadn't sounded too disappointed, but her lover turned slightly, dark fathomless eyes holding silver orbs even in a sidelong glance.
"We agreed that we'd stop if this got too complicated. If either of us get caught..." Despite her normally stoic tone Lisa paused, her silence the only indicator-- to Soi, at least-- that she didn't want to consider the possibility of being found out by her brethren. "...I would think you'd know all about that better than either of us."
Soi nodded slowly, though she hated herself for acknowledging the truth. She tried to remember how she'd been before-- the blind, unshakable faith she'd had in Soul Society's laws. But she'd never met Lisa before that, had never had anyone besides Yoruichi she would have gladly abandoned her carefully established life for. Lisa was the enemy-- a Shinigami tainted by a Hollow's strength to form an altogether more powerful being. She should hate her, should have killed her right from the start. For all purposes, she should kill the Vaizard right now, prevent anyone from discovering that the unbending commander of both the Military Police and the Onmitsu Kido had given herself to the highest and most unforgiveable of criminals.
And yet, for the voice in the Chinese woman's head constantly demanding her to listen to reason, Soi simply didn't care anymore. She felt more alive now with Lisa, in all manner of grimy motels that populated the human world, than she ever had in her positions of power, in her tiny world of fearful respect.
Lisa reached over to the nightstand for her slender glasses, but in a flash of inspiration Soi snatched them away, sliding them onto her own face despite Lisa's disapproving glare. Even so, it took the Vaizard a half-second to recover from the sight of the petite Captain in her eyewear, as it made her look surprisingly adorable even as she cast a smoldering gaze in her direction.
"...Give them back, Soi." But all Soi did was crawl across the bed towards her, the predatory look on her face clear as Soi gently licked her lips. "I...I'm serious. Y-you know I can't see without them..."
"If you want me to stop," Soi whispered as she leaned over the half-naked woman, slight breasts teasing Lisa's larger ones as she nibbled gently on a pale ear, "...Then just say the word and I'll give them back."
But Lisa was painfully aware, staring through suddenly heavy lids at the lean yet undeniably feminine body hovering tantalizingly over her, that she DIDN'T want Soi to stop. If anything, all she wanted now was to pull the Captain's bony ass to the bed, flip her over, and eat her out until she collapsed, babbling and exhausted, onto sheets soaked with her own arousal. It was a scene she'd repeated many times with Soi, but had never tired of for an instant. As Soi began to grind her chest against Lisa's the Vaizard suddenly sat upright, grabbing her chin and forcing her to look straight forward, into dark eyes that exerted an undeniable dominance. It was a look that Soi felt all at once, but that seemed to end most powerfully in between her legs. Any sexual assertiveness Soi thought she had in the last minute was instantly obliterated, an even more exhilarating rush of obedience overtaking her.
"You asked for it," Lisa said simply-- in that heart-stoppingly strong voice of hers-- before urgently pulling Soi in for a deep kiss. Her tongue snaking inbetween slender lips with ease, Soi felt a deep moan escape her throat and slide down Lisa's as she instantly hit orgasm, the sudden display of Lisa's irresistible authority combined with her demanding kisses already sending her over the edge. Lisa refrained from smiling (the scent of her lover's explosion already saturating the room) until she'd forced Soi onto her back and spread her taut legs, juices already caking her inner thighs. Soi gave a bleary-eyed, half-hearted look that pleaded for a moment of rest, but even so she howled ecstatically and forced Lisa's tongue in deeper when she felt it tickle the edge of her swollen netherlips.
Soi knew that she'd have no rest for the remainder of the day but didn't care; the fact of the matter was that it was only here that all the worries and cares in her life went utterly forgotten, that the Captain's robe and Shinigami uniform scattered around the bed meant nothing to her.
She burned them both later that evening, deciding that if Yoruichi had successfully evaded Soul Society for a hundred years, then she could do the same.
