Oh my GOD so much LOVE. This is brilliant. The whole psychology of the role-reversal, practically every thought Arthur has at any point during this thing, is just genius and perfect and YES. And the plot and poor Morgana and the dragon singing and Gwen being Gwen and lovely, and Arthur's insecurities and love, and just .... gah, I am babbling incoherently because it's just that good. Amazing.

That was really intense, and so, so weird and so, so wonderful. Arthur as a manservant was so loopy and wrong-feeling, which was I guess the point, but the way he kept setting things on fire and how he rifled through Rowena's medieval lingerie? HILARIOUS. Gwen and Gaius both put up a good show too. Gwen was just adorable. And of course this is the only, only fic that has both Arthur finds out about Merlin's magic AND Merlin finds out about Arthur's magic. Mind-blowing.

(THE KINKME HAS BEEN INFECTED WITH EPICFIC SYNDROME. I HOPE TO GOD IT NEVER GETS BETTER.)

The steady degradation of the world (rain of frogs, oh my god!), the way Arthur slips so unconsciously into the same habits that Merlin had, Merlin's sword techniques and Arthur's furious reaction to them, and just the incredible ratcheting of tension up to the point of Merlin offering up his complete trust - seriously, you made my day. Epic fic is epic. *loves*
