I'm trying to decide whether or not to have set voting on top of individual icons (1 top icon per set) or to just have individual icon voting. If I do go with the set voting I want to know if there should be just 1 top set or a top 3.

If you do happen to include set voting as well as individual icons, will there be an option to opt out of the set voting? Or will icons have to be included in both?
