Questions: 1. Can you use a character more than once or is that not allowed? 2. Can you use obscure mythology (meaning not well known) found in Greek Mythology?

oh my goodness I'm gonna try and get all my ducks in a row this month so I can try the fancast option *o* (I adore mythology sm) I won't sign up until I know I can commit though (but I'll probably still make icons in December if I can't now though because this theme is sooooo coool!!! :D)

Sorry, maybe this question is stupid, but...
I'd like to sign-up, but I'm getting confuse on what to claim. Is this round multifandom? Because as I read in the description, "fancast a model or actor as a mythological being or use an already existing character and their corresponding myth in your own headcanon", seems to be multifandom, but people are claiming subjects in the sign-up page and now I'm confused!

No it's not multifandom. I was trying to think of how best to describe the object of the theme for this round and that was one of the few ways I could come up with to describe it. Sorry it's confusing!
