What is the stance on villains who aren't clear cut? Or have since been redeemed? (ie: Root, H.G Wells from W13)
I'm assuming so long as the icons are of when they were a villain it's okay (given the Regina example up there), but I just wanted to double check before iconing either.

Just need to clarify one thing...
Do our icons have to be multi-fandom?
For example, say I wanted to only icon the Evil Queen (OUAT)...would that be acceptable, or is part of the challenge iconing multiple villains?

No, I just made it that way so people aren't stuck with doing only one when there's so many great villains out there. So yeah, you can do that! :]
