This plan includes dropping soda completly from my diet except reall expensive ones

If you want to follow the plan as well, here is a site for a "points" calculator:

Basically the way it works is, all the foods you eat are valued at certain points according to its calorie/fiber/fat content. According to your weight and other factors, you are allotted a certain number of points per day plus 35 "flex" points per week.

****keep in mind that this also means cutting out fried food that have been cooked in re-used oil.
