Tenners Tell All: Crazy Writer Dreams

Not pie-in-the-sky, “when I make it big” dreams.  These are the bizarre nighttime ones where you’re hang-gliding with David Levithan and Stephenie Meyer or Stephen King is showing you how to tie macramé knots.

When my book was first out for review and I was checking Goodreads six-hundred times a day, I dreamed John Green completely trashed it.

I'm actually surprised I don't dream about books and authors more. I do dream about picking up supplies for my library programs a lot though!

The strangest book dream I've had was when Deanna Troi (from Star Trek: The Next Generation) told me I needed to read The Dark Divine. We were on some review show together, but she was Deanna Troi the character, not the actress. It was really odd!

Dude, what is it with John Green?? Glad it's not just me ; ) But in my dream he was struggling with a line and I suggested something and he told me I was brilliant.

I like my dream better, Jen ; ) Try to have that one next time.

I usually read books or LJ right before bedtime so I dream about authors (and even some book bloggers) a LOT. Unfortunately I can't recall anything interesting enough to mention.

I don't know about dreams, but I wouldn't mind owning the retro turquoise chairs and dial TV. And the Eichler house to go with them!
