Okay guys, I made a book trailer. I did everything except the music. So far no one hates it.

Thanks! I feel that way about the cover, too--every time I see it, I'm all, "gasp, what is that!?!?" all over again. ;)

It's clever! And I like that it's narrated rather than having words written on the slides and music playing...I.e. narration is a much better alternative!

Aw, thanks! I considered doing word slides--I thought, "No one's going to want to hear my voice, there's a reason everyone just does word slides instead..." but narrating it really fit my concept for it, plus there was too much text for it to look good on screen. ;)

I am so glad you did the narration! Book trailers need to be more like movie trailers and yours comes closer than most!

YES, I've always thought that, too! I watch some trailers, expecting to get that emotional high you get from movie trailers, and they're just kind of blah and leave me hanging. So I will take that as a really big compliment. :D

This was so much fun to watch. I agree about the narration - it really drew me in. Your story premise is so great. Well, that and your wonderful story premise! And, I have to know, are you the great artist behind this?

Yep, I wrote the script, drew the pictures, scanned them in, cleaned them up, recorded the narration, synched it all up in Movie Maker, and, uh, bought the music. ;)
