fucking hate that qote. first time i herd it was out of robert fetviets mouth. held to it for some years. tapeing apples to your fruit tree dont means shit. if your roots arent pure and strong and your fruit isisnt reall its just going to fall off when some big rain comes. although the good thing about fakeing it for a while is that it can make you happy. doing good things usually has a good results no matter what the motive. doing good things with a good motive is the real fucking deal. life and life to the fullest.

In my case it's for survival. I can convince myself that I like what I do if I fake like I like it.

Also, working with people who don't complain all the time in the tight quarters that I do is essential to mental health. So, it works for me.
