Thank you! It's my first time writing Mal, so I'm so glad something of what an amazing character he is came through. The characters are, I think, the single most amazing thing about Firefly.

Thank you! It just sort of came out that way ... but Mal has a kind of lyrical speech pattern, so it kind of makes sense. :)

That's a wonderful piece of writing there, Ms JK. Loved it a lot actually. Sparked nostalgia and made me think "god, I miss that guy" and well done and yeah....loved it!
