Whistling happily, Harry was walking through Hogwarts' corridors. He just returned from Potions, where he had -- as usual -- ruined his potion because he had been staring at a certain Slytherin too much.
Blaise Zabini... the name rolled of his tongue so easily, it should be made illegal. Being that good-looking should be illegal too, Harry pondered. How was he supposed to pay attention to what he was doing when the Slytherin was sitting so nearby, his dark eyes fixed on the cauldron in front of him, stirring his potion with such meticulous care? Harry had never known potion-making could be so sexy.
"Harry!"
Lost in his daydreaming, Harry didn't hear Hermione's shouted warning.
"Watch out for that..."
BANG!
"...door..."
As Harry looked in surprise at the door he had just -- completely oblivious of his surroundings -- walked into, rubbing the painful spot on his skull where it had made contact, he realised the truth of a certain cliché: love -- or in his case a crush -- really did make you blind.
