I love Daniel. He's the only one who seems to have his head on straight, although he has to work at it.
Katia's concern for her sister is astonishing. She's always been A+ at denial, but come on girl! So eerie and unsettling, the way you describe her picking up her sister's pain.
Ok I don't quite understand why Daniel cut Katia's finger. Is is sort of like setting a back fire? To distract Kieran?
The electricity between Katia and Daniel is so powerful, it is absolutely wonderful to read!!

She still felt responsible for her, it was kind of the one normal thing she had left. I think she knows better now. Thank you!
Its linked back to the reaction Josephine had when she attacked her, but I will explain more on that next time.
There is always a little spark of something that always manages to work its way in no matter if I don't plan for it to be there :)

I felt nauseous in sympathy with Katia's mouthful of imaginary blood. Ugh. Poor thing.
