That second one is too cute! Do you know those people, or it is just a random scene you saw. I'm always hesitant to take photos of people I don't know, even though I sometimes see great shots.

Random strangers! It depends how confident I'm feeling - obviously they had their backs to me here, so I didn't feel so self-conscious. My dad does it all the time, but then he can claim to be a professional photographer, and has had years of practice. (Also he's usually taking a photo of random stranger + bus, so the stranger tends to think 'huh, bus enthusiast', and move on.)
