Wow - I am so envious - you are so close to being done List 2 and here I am still plugging away on List 1! Nevahmind, as the great Gilda Radner used to say. These are simply magnificent - my favourite is the tiger - doesn't he look like he's posing just for you? Great set.
Thanks so much (anyone who can work Gilda Radner into anything is a genius)! I've been going at this challenge for 17 months, and trust me my photography has improved like a bazillion fold. Of course, the fact that I've purchased, um, 4 cameras since I started hasn't hurt either. Tiger is my favorite here.
Lie is fabulous! You're getting much more atmospheric & better quality shots with your 35mm than your digital - do you feel more attuned to it or is it just a superior piece of kit?
THANKS!!!!! Such a nice compliment. The hubs and I were discussing this today and well, the 'sensor' in 35mm being so much larger than in my digital camera, so in that respect it's far superior. Also, I am way more careful and conscious of the shots I take with my film camera. I have no idea how I would get the underwater/aquarium photos without that special button on my digital point and shoot. But I'm learning.
Thanks, I was so happy to finally make it to a zoo! The underwater stuff intrigues me because I'm not a diver and it's the only way I'll ever see this stuff. The man in the photo saw me taking photos and promptly backed away so as not to 'ruin' my shot, not realizing that he was the point of my photo. But he was there long enough for me to get one photo done.

Great shots all of them. Wow. Being a diver the first one got my full attention of course. Lovely set of anemones and corals.
I think I like Close best. That beautiful sea lion opposed to the shadow in front of it. Awwww! Beautiful!
