Lovely pics! In this set I think I love garbage best. It reminds me of the Robots movie :-) It doesn't really look like garbage at all but like some forgotten machinery from the future.

So far two people have liked garbage best and, as usual, it was the one that I thought of leaving out. Funny how that often happens! And thanks!

These are another good set - I'm not sure why your husband finds pretty silky plants scary - perhaps because he's afraid he'll have to pull them out of the lawn later? :-)

I love the big pink thing in garbage - it looks as if it might get up and start stomping around and tidying things :-) Brilliant!

Carol! You're back! So glad to see the flower!
I'm really sorry about your dad, and I really missed you around here.
Thanks for your comments about the photos. And I haven't a clue why John finds that photo scary - it's not the plants, it's the photo. Sigh. I never knew that people would find that scrap metal yard so interesting!

Thanks!

I'm working on a massive photo post on Derby buildings at the moment. I'm going to post it to Scene_again, but I'll put a link on my own journal for the interested.

I's a nice combination of unusual shapes and colours I think - at least that's one of the reasons I like it. - sometimes though, a picture just grabs you and it's hard to say exactly why...

As always, this is a lovely set. I think child is a nice photo, but so sad. I can't decide if I like garbage or wonder best.

Sorry it's taken me so long to thank you for your comments! Your message got lost in the depths of a messy in-box! Personally, I like wonder best because it's the first sunset I've taken a picture of that's turned out looking all sunset-y, but that's just me! Thank you as always for your positive commentary!

I totally understand the messy inbox!!!
I love a good sunset-y picture and I love the large rural buildings.
