This may sound abrupt.. but ...PULL YOURSELF TOGETHER AND GO GET HER BACK!! If you sit on your arse and cry now, you will waste time. If you love her you OWE it to yourself and her to give it everything... If after all effort it really is over there is plenty of time to fall apart later.

Speaking from personal experience, no girl wants to be allowed to walk away without a fight... she will just keep walking thinking you never did.
