I can't believe school starts tomorrow.

Open house was pretty weird. Met my teachers, some were cool, others were intimidating..some talked fast and had a short speech ready to say just to get rid of you fast. Besides the hot afternoons and bug bites band camp was great. I guess it wouldn't be band camp without those elements. But all in all it was awesome, and exhausting. The food was O.K. until i bit into a completely rotten apple. yuck. And we did swim every chance we got.

So carla and I went to see one of the BEST movies ever!! Yup that's right, Charlie and the Chocolate factory! And even better, we went to the mall of Georgia to see it on the big screen at the IMAX...def. expensive but soooo worth it!~

Well  I'm getting into the last two real days of summer for me (not counting sundays) but oh well, I'm doing what do because I love it.  Today I went over to LN's house and hung out there, went to the pool, caught up on old times. Storms really fasinate me. The lightning followed by rolling thunder. I love how the trees sway with the strong wind.  I think it's truly amazing how it can be partly cloudy with hints of sunshine and then turn into constant flashes that light up the sky. Infact, it got so bad that we had to go into the storm room in our basement due to a tornado ( Read more... )

Today was amazing. Who knew stupid games at Frontera could make you laugh so much?  Any day you spend with your best friend is a little vacation all its own, really. Especially spending it five hours at the pool, most of it just laying in the kiddie pool while having pesky boys throw mini plush balls at you. hah.
