Take your base:

Duplicate twice and set both to screen.
Add a new layer; #080E1E; dark blue and set it to exclution.
Then go to Edit >> Copy Merged (Ctrl + Shift + C) and then paste on a new layer (Ctrl + L) - set to soft light.
Under the soft light layer add a new layer; #E0F0F8; light blue and set it to burn. Duplicate that layer two more times.

What you should have so far:

Copy Merged again (Ctrl + Shift + C) then paste on a new layer (Ctrl + L)
Then go to Adjust >> Automatic Contrast Enhancement; have your settings like this.
Then go to Adjust >> Automatice Saturation Enhancement; have your settings like this.
Then just cover up the disney sign any way you can ^^
