I wish I had a picture of the Scrabble board from when my roommate and I played tonight. I got "AWFUL" which she then turned into "WAWFUL" - because it sounds like a real word.

If I didn't have any qualms about spending $10 frivolously, I'd buy 'Roman Holiday' from iTunes, because how great would it be to have it with me always via Buddy (my iPod ( Read more... )

I didn't think the Oscars were as good this year as they normally are. I loved Ellen, but I just like her in general. There were some parts that were good, but it just wasn't as exciting.

I saw a sneek peek/free screening of Zodiac Monday night. It was good, and it had lots of developments and the cast was awesome, but, it's LOOOOONG. It was two and half hours long. Movie started at 7, got out at 9:25. It was a little exhausting. But it was decent. I don't know if I would have seen it if I had to pay for it though. But if you're interested, I'd say see it.

I don't know if I'll actually go. I was just saying that's the only I would see if I went out to see a movie. I've seen everything else right now that I want, so there isn't much that looks appealing.

Yeah I agree...is it just me, or is it movies lately...there really isn't a whole lot out thats interesting at one time?

I think January - March/April are just slow, and probably August - October as well. Because the summer blockbuster, flashy, big-budget stuff comes out starting in April/May, while the Oscar 'NOMINATE ME!' pictures are usually October - December, and those are the times I'm going to the theatre every week and spending too much money, ha.
