Mikhail is a bit funny in this chapter "Insolent fool.My master is now serving Ayanami. You do not have the right to take him away. Do not simply touch my master". It seems that he is really OK with Teito- his master- the one he respect- even violent with anyone dare touch, poke Teito- think his master high rank than anyone else, become Aya's subordinate than let his master go with Frau. I don't think Aya have the power to erase Mikhail' memory, maybe he forget about that time Ayatan step on his beloved master :))

Yup! What burnt_sun said was true. Mikhail was trying to protect his master. After all those experiments that Ayanami had put on Teito. Mikhail must not like Ayanami very much.

However, I've read back in Kapitel 79. There is a page that said "We have successfully brainwash Mikhail" . Before that, Mikhail have to follow Ayanami's order so that Teito wouldn't get more nightmares. So I'm also not so sure whether did Mikhail get brainwash or maybe he just decided to back down and listen. However, Mikhail did seem to forget about Frau, so maybe he really did brainwash.

just a few notes for you:
the collar is 48 hours, since it was mentioned in earlier chapters (at the beginning teito had one with frau as master)
then, the suit teito wears is pretty high and the collar was pretty low everytime we saw it, so i think he has the collar

and as we saw in earlier chapters, mikhail was of course able to appear - as he attacked the scientists and ayanami in their first experiment, he had the collar already
and with the next experiments, and as he attacked ayanami the second time (before he was "brainwashed") he had the collar as well

ah it could be that he hasn't the collar in the first experiment
but he has/had it the second time he attacked ayanami
and he was also able to come out when he attacked mikage (who was controlled by ayanami who put the collar on him)
and he attacked frau/castor in the church, and was just stopped by frau who put him to sleep
i mean - after all - he's an archangel xp it would be heavy if a simply collar would control him that much
