My Malay is horrendous, but I rather liked this poem thing. So:

Hujan 'kan turun mengucup bumi
Anak tanah keluar menari
Mainkan lagu, nyanyian merdu
Suasana penuh sepi, rindu
Yang bermimpi teruslah bermimpi

You translated it! I thought about it, but I was too sleepy then to actually do it. It sounds about right, yep. Although now that I've read it again, I have to say I don't exactly remember what "anak tanah" is referring to. lol
