I just bought an apartment in Atlanta. The tub is forty years old and pealing away and I think a meth lab exploded in the living room. I don't know, it is a nice little crack den, I think. Your new place looks nice, I bet it will look amazing once you move your things in.

Nope, no exaggerations, but I don't mind. I'll fix it up just enough to make it habitable, but anything beyond that seems terribly unnecessary.

not moved in yet!
just went up there to get the place.
i left this afternoon and i'm back in florida..but we're moving mid-august. wish i could,though.
