This epic drama of medieval cell phones, redemption, and complete absurdity started its life as a capslock discussion that eventually became a snippet called The Perils of Medieval Drunk Dialling… and then inquiring minds needed to know what happened next. Here is your chance to find out.

It's 1:30A and I'm out of bacon, so I'm hungry, which may be part of why I find this piece quite amusing! The "shorry" slurs were great! He's reminding me of the Barney Fife sort of drunk: "Do you like me? I like you. Aaaaaw."

Predictably, I'm smirking at MAZ being dumped for once. Though I suppose poor Guy suffers too.

Holy crap, you used quotation marks! Well, sort of. Apostrophes, but you're across the pond, so I suppose that's the style. See now, isn't that nicer than the normal dash attack? ;)

Glad it was entertaining after all! Yep, Marian had to freeze her butt off for a while in vain, leading presumably to the next round of drunk dialing a little later ;)

I was cornered into quotation marks as the whole thing was a dialogue! For some reason, when dialogue is mixed with text, I cannot get to do it ;)

If Team Castle ever got cells, I think Team Hood would have free range of Notts, 'cause the TC members would be too busy dialing each other to fight outlaws. ;)

LOL! They totally would have free range... until Robs would steal Vasey's phone and start prank calling Guy and Allan and inflicting himself upon Marian! That would bring a pissed-off Vasey on Guy's back, and a twice-as-pissed-off Guy into the forest, in no time!

Marian making a drunk call and actually talking would be hilarious - but I am afraid she would get embarrassed and hang up. And then maybe call again. Three or four times. Until Guy figured out who it was ;)

Thank you! Coming from a really great Guy/Marian writer, this is most flattering! My own 'serious' alternative canon is Guy/Meg (but I enjoy reading good Guy/Marian stories written by others), but these guys were fun to imagine in a light-hearted situation, of which the show was sadly deprived ;)

He's sooo adorable when he's all drunk and insecure. I especially liked when he said ‘Shweet dreams’ Aww..
