I am in Surgut. Businesswise it is as expected, but we were having our meetings on the 16th floor of the City Centre building. I've never before seen Surgut from such an angle, and unfortunately I did not take my camera..

Anyway, if the weather forecast is right, it is -40 Celsius outside.
