Weight loss in percentages

have you done measurements for inches? Sometimes when you hit a plateau for a week or two, your body is reconfiguring itself and you might lose inches instead of pounds that week.

I measure myself about once a month. I was consistently losing inches until I went off my medication, then I gained a lot of them back very fast. I haven't measured since- I want to give my body some time to settle down since I've been having my period as well as getting back on my meds. I always gain during my period.

I've been recon figuring for months now, really, not losing any weight, just size. I am hoping that getting back to working out will help with that.
