Del visits the Clinic everyday to check in after her suicide attempt. This is usually just Del popping going hi, fondling whoever is on duty's hair and then leaving. Doctor's will notice she's quite heavily pregnant. She's Chase's general patient and Sweets's psych patient.

She'd tell him his hair was like the hair caught in the shower plug, tangled, wild and dirty. She'd place emphasis on the dirty and hit on him often. If he touched her belly she'd play the "OMG MY WATERS JUST BROKE" game.

He would touch her belly almost every time she came in - politely! - although he knows she has a doctor he likes to keep half an eye on the babies and children on the island.

He'd flirt back, but probably wouldn't consider taking it further, since it would feel like taking advantage of her insanity or something.

Abby obviously sees him at work every day.

Garak drags him out for lunch every week. Garak is also very quietly amused about the new relationship between Dani and Bashir.

As far as the last part is concerned, Bashir is extremely weirded out by the Garak-factor. Not enough to actually stop or anything, but it's a bit of a mental "ew".

Yes, I was musing to Hubby that this might be the first time a human and a Cardassian have, however unexpectedly, ended up having the same partner.

The only thing I can think of REMOTELY similar in canon would be Bashir/Leeta/Rom. Oh and Bashir/Ezri/Worf. Hang on, there is a theme here!! Lol, but there is definitely no Caradassian connection that I can think of.
