Beauty was not the way she lay, unaware and pale; no, beauty was the fact that she would get up the next morning and do it all over again, without hesitation or complaint.

I loved this line--it was absolutely beautiful, no pun intended.

There is something undeniably tragic in that; especially for people like Ishida and Orihime, who, without Aizen and all that came from that, could have gone on wonderfully in the lives they led back then. After the swell of accomplishment--and sheer survival--to have to come down from that, swallow your pride, that life, and seek a place in the one you gave up so long ago--that is tragic.

Lovely work--you depicted both Ishida and Orihime in ways that do justice to their characters, as well as the mature relationship they have together.

Wow, thanks. (Actually, I was kinda worried about them-- Ishida mostly-- being OOC, given how uber-dramatic and attention seeking he is most of the time.) Also, I didn't know you liked Bleach. Damn, I keep who's in what fandom. DX

XD I have trouble remembering who's in what fandom, too. Basically, all I know is that unless it's someone I've known for years and years (and thus, should know by now, xD), they're either in Bleach, Godchild, or Naruto. Possibly any combination of the three! :P
