My one great big comic idea

Waaaaaay back in the late 90's, before the JSA got a book again, before Hal came back, before a lot of stuff, I had what I like to think of as my own really great comic idea.  Four interrelated team books, each with its own group, but a shared supporting cast.

Challengers of the Unknown
This would have been Guy Gardner (back when he was Warrior), Buck Wargo, Tiger-Man, Lady Blackhawk, Lead of the Metal Men, Wildcat, Arisia, and possibly a couple of other characters.  In many ways, this would have been a continuation of Beau Smith's Guy Gardner: Warrior series, with the group operating out of Warriors and investigating monsters and other strange phenomena.

Sea Devils
An additional Aquaman book, really.  Aquaman, Mera, Power Girl, Lori Lemaris, Deep Blue (Tsunami and Neptune Perkins daughter), Tempest, and probably one of those guys from the really deep down depths Atlanteans.  Getting into underwater adventures.

The Metal Men
Doc Magnus (back when he was Viridium--am I the only one who actually liked the "used to be people" origin for the Metal Men?), Platinum, Tin, Mercury, Red Tornado, Cliff Steele, Steel (John Henry Irons), Steel (Hank Heywood), Cyborg (Vic Stone), and maybe one more to round it out.  Basically, a chance to put a bunch of high tech robot/cyborg characters onto the same team.  It'd probably end up being a lot like what Avengers A.I. is now.

Doom Patrol/Suicide Squad
Elasti-Girl (back from the dead), Green Arrow (Ollie, back from the dead), the Creeper (back from the dead), Will Payton (back from the dead), probably Wildcat II (Yolanda) and Dr. Midnite (Beth Chapel), maybe Mr. Terrific I, etc,  and whoever else I could find from whoever was currently dead in DC at the time (and also Deadman, who would still be dead).  I never did settle on which name I'd have used, but the idea would have been that these people would have all been back from the dead, and therefore, had nothing left to lose in taking on the most dangerous missions of all.

Supporting Cast
Would have included Amanda Waller, Catherine Cobert (from JLE), Max Lord, L-Ron, Oberon, Chunk, Dale Gunn, Snapper Car, etc, forming a support system and mission control for the four teams.
