soy raviolis
I am NOT a vegetarian. I respect people who are because of religion, or politics, or just plain tastes, but I like meat. I would have a hard time being vegetarian. I just love beef, and pork, and chicken, and bacon, and duck.... Anyway, we just had a vendor show us a soy pasta line (raviolis, manicottis, stuffed shells, etc.) and I swear I wound not have known that there was not any dairy in them. I would definitely eat it if someone served it to me. The colleges are gonna love it!
