I'm number 12 on the Dreamwidth high scores list, with 96 points. I would really, really like to crack 100, but….
There just don't seem to be that many simple help suggestions to field. I can't figure out if the help documentation is good, or people just aren't using the service enough in order to run into weird problems, or if people are so used to flistwankenobi'ing it that a lot of problems are not coming to our attention.
In any case, support is slow, particularly in the stupid too flustered to think clearly user tricks category. Please to report any problems you may have, especially if a cursory search through the FAQs reveals nothing. Number 13 is catching up to me. :(
