I am so done with living in an apartment. We have the most OBNOXIOUS people living above us. I can't take it anymore. I don't dare go out on our porch anymore, because they refuse to use an ashtray and flick their cigarettes onto the floor. We inevitably end up with ashes on our heads when we're out there. You would think that the fact that I called up to them that one time and said "hey? we're down here, could you not flick your cigarettes?" would make them think twice about it. But, alas, no. There are cigarette butts ALL OVER the place. It is so disgusting. I left them a note on their door to ask them to please not throw them and to dispose of them properly. They have taken to being childish however, and everyday that I look out there there is more and more GARBAGE. And I thought our neighbors in Salem were bad. If I could get Ephram down for a nap, I'd go up and give them a piece of my mind.
