(no subject)
So last night I spent my evening at a party. My first real, real party that isn't Canterbury O-Pro cast parties (not that those are bad in the least.)
I enjoyed myself, I became what you could call the "Party Kitchen Bitch" alongside Leif. He's the one that coined the term. We made it a goal to clean up spills and instruct people as to where to go, and where to obtain certain necessary items such as pencils and scissors and zip lock bags. Use your imagination as to what they were for.
Anyways, I managed to forget my alcohol at home in my rush to get to my aunt's house for dinner before going to Josh's for the party. It wasn't so bad however because people kept giving me bits of their drinks. Leif and I had our share of Smirnoff mixed with different kinds of fruit juices. I 'm not sure if I actually enjoyed the buzz I had, I felt somewhat ridiculous and I didn't particularly enjoy being that off center, but hey, I made coherent sense and the only downer was the spinning of the room around me, or was it the heaviness of my head? Anyways.
All in all a good evening. Spent this morning helping to clean up the beer bottles and cans lying around the house. I figure it's common courtesy to do so.
I have to go to work this afternoon. It's only a four hour shift though, so that's alright. On another note, Halloween tonight!
