Thankful Thursday *as per Charles*
~ there are many good things to steal from ppls posts as of late.
Soo I dunno how many of you actually got to read my last entry bc I made it friends only ... BUT I think that a certain person has somehow found and is reading this now and really it's none of that person's business -- yes Michelle you are quite right -- SOO I'm thinking of making my journal friends only, which I really don't want to but I don't want things being read by a certain person even more -- I'm not sure who all reads this that doesn't have an account soo if you read and don't want to be excluded let me know if that would be a problem.
ONWARD.....
Today was super fab just like I knew it would be. My classes were alright and my interview was fantastic. the company isn't really as involved in the community as I would like it to be but they have only been in that location for a year soo it's certainly up for change. I foudn out last night that the job woudl be up in Chicago, which isn't ness. my fav but there are plenty of opps to move. The guy said that my resume basically speaks for itself and that made me happy to know that he was super impressed with me on paper. He said that someone from HR should be contacting me within a week or 2 to talk about the second phase which is them putting me up in a hotel up there for 2 days while we tour the factory and such. This certainly makes me feel alot better about after graduation - the thought of basically being homeless is kinda scary.
I got home to change and had 2, yes TWO, packages. One from Patti and one from my Grandma full of goodies. AND I got a check from Katie for the majority of the $$ that she owes - HOWEVER - it's a personal check so I have to drive to Mattoon to make sure that it's good before I cash it.
I also got ot hang out with CINDY! WHOO! and go to Perk! so it has been a good day and Jesse should be here tomm. for Mario's bday and I ge tto hang out with Cindy tomm.
