Twenty-three going on five

Happy Birthday, Liz!

It turns out that it's a good thing my parents dragged their feet on moving to St. Louis - my dad's going to be working out here for the next...month? Few months? I forget exactly.  Basically, it means lots more free dinners for me. :-D  We did the driving up to Westwood thing again last night, but I think next time I'm going to drive up to his hotel in Huntington, and then he'll take us the rest of the way up, rather than him doing the extra two round trips down here.  We're (my sister and I) also trying to get him to bring Mom out with him one week.

Speaking of my sister, when Rita was a Cat 5 headed for our house and my dad thought the roof was going to come off, my sister told me she was bringing her childhood security blanket (I say "blanket," but these days, it's more like...rope) back to CA with her, just in case, and offered to bring my equivalent, a love-worn Raggedy Ann doll I've had since before I could remember, creatively named Dolly.  So I got a little present last night, too. :-D  *regresses*

In conclusion, CPK's Chipotle Chicken pizza is most excellent, both fresh and when reheated for lunch the next day.
