Sorry if I've been scarce, I've been very busy with my new course recently. Actually, that's an understatement. I've been so busy lately that I haven't had five minutes to scratch my arse in a month.

The good news is that I'm getting the hang of balancing going to class with TEACHING my classes. My time table looks like this:

I've just finished my first week at teaching. It was......great! For some reason I ended up not being given those math classes (phew!), so I've been mostly subbing in woodwork and technical graphics. Since these are subjects I don't teach, this basically amounts to what we call 'crowd control'. I usually allow them to do homework or something ( Read more... )

Right, so I got a call from the vice principal of my old high school yesterday and he told me to call up to him today because he had some classes he thought might suit me. I've just walked out of the Hamilton library, Trinity College for what could very well be the last time ever. I'm not sure how I feel about this.
