Okay, so this sad saga all started off yesterday at the Atlanta OC. I made my unload from that morning just peachy. I was the last one out of the docks, but no biggie there.
While I'm at the OC, six hours by the way, I'm informed that my Qualcomm will be transferred to Workflow, the new(ish) system for entering events at shippers/receivers and updating and such. I didn't have a load at that time, so might as well.
The transfer SEEMS to go smoothly enough, and finally I do get a load with around 3 hours left on my 14 hr clock. So after on their end they futz about with the load a moment so it'll show me starting out with an empty trailer, I make my way to the gate.
That's when I'm informed my empty's been UNassigned from me and I can't get out till that's fixed. So I have to park again and call 2 get it on me. In the meantime precious minutes are ticking off my 14. I also see I'm not gonna make my first updated Eta so I update that.
I get out the gate with just enough time to make the shipper and pull in, only to be informed that nobody's there to load me, and won't be in until after my 14 runs out.
