Yaaay!!! You look so beautiful!! I really, really wish we could have been there...stupid fucking car eating all my money. :'( John is very handsome, too! I like bald men.
Bravo!!! Wedding pics at last. Are those penguins on those cupcakes? The cake is beautiful, what was inside of it? Cara looks so familiar, she's from K-town right? And what are those things in the center of the table (I had to giggle, they look like pigs-in-a-blanket.) Your bad pose is actually pretty cute.
You did it. You came to Cali. You found love. And the rest is history.

More are coming, there's just so many and we're still waiting for more before we have an "official" collection.
Yes, Cara is STILL K-Town.
The penguins are a personal joke between John and myself--Cara's wife snuck them on the cupcakes while all the photos were being taken, and so John was taken completely by surprise! It was great, and he really enjoyed them as well. My mom made them from royal icing before she came out here and hid them while making the cake. Golden vanilla with buttercream frosting, and the cupcakes were devil's food--we told John "for the kids" when he noticed them during baking.
When the minister never showed up, the servers circulated wine and appetizers while waiting for the replacement. Somehow the plate ended up on our table when the ceremony started, and never moved. Yes, they are little weenies baked in pastry. Why? It was standard on the menu.
It's funny how California turned out to be the best thing ever for me...

California has been good to me too. (I'll never get over being homesick though.)
