My sheepy Chucks are starting to crack. I wear these shoes almost everyday and I can't find a replacement pair. Fucking fuckers.
Two pounds away from my first pregnant checkup!
And a week and a half until I finally go to Wisconsin (NOT on Delta). Nervous since Beardo is allergic to cats, so Penny has a good chance of being allergic, and my mom...is not the nitpickiest house cleaner. Ahem. And they just had a smashup, so no second car for me to borrow while I'm out there, completely dependent unless I rent a car, which seems ridiculous. And I don't know if Cara will be driving yet as she just had major surgery. It'll all work out, I know, but I'm still apprehensive. I don't want to rent a motel room, especially since the closest one is several miles away over the state line, and so I'd HAVE to rent a car, and the expense is UGH.
Penny is ridiculously cute, she's learned to babble in BA BA BA BAs with the occasional GA or MA or PA thrown in. She's rolling herself everywhere, and lunging forward. Today I caught her pushing herself forward--not just up--with her feet. Can crawling be far behind? I am not ready for her to grow up so fast. We had two five-week-old infants in my Mommy and Me Yoga class and oh man I just wanted to hug them and squeeze them and call them George. Oh hello baby fever!
